Again today it rained and i walked to tJAmies to catch the oat very early with the delusions that it was only a short shower and would dry up presently! NOT TRUE! It rained I got wet, veryvery wet and whilst stood waiting to go on boat left a decidedly wet patch on the floor but nanyway! Today i did the hot springs cove tour which was great fun I took te earlier trip on the boat it was just me an a couple from denmark who both nearly started hyperventilating out of excitement when we saw bears ont he way out! we saw one bear that appeared to be i a particularly ophotogenic mood so hopefully some good pics from that ! when you arrive at Maquinna national Parlk tere is a 2km boardwalk that links the dock and the springs which was a really nice walk through the rainforest and some spectacular views, having taken the early one which ws by far the best decision of the day there was only me, the denmark couple and a family from ontario, which was really nice, it wasnt cramped or noisy or anything! \ The springs were wicked there was a couple of springs, 2 waterfalls and view s out to sea so it was just like sitting in a jacuzzi with bubbles replaced by the waterfalls! although between getting out and getting back to the dock unbeknowst to me I was bitten by lots of horrid nasty vicious little mosquito people! Although i didnt realise this until the next morning where i was and still am itching like crazy they are really big bites to get from tiny little mosquitoes and they itch lots! not happy! but cest la vie, im sure ill survive! much canadian love.xxxxxxxxxx
