.............as if to fuel our depression we reached Byron about midday and looked like the party was still going. We stopped for lunch and decided we liked the vibe here....but then came the rain (you can tell we are nearing Queensland). Another day driving round finding a place to stay we gave up and decided to continue North.
Ended up at Pyramid Caravan Park which was ok if you likes knomes (see piccies) and old people! Billy Bob was there with his wife Waynetta who were telling us (due to her bodily size) the first time she knew she was having a baby was when she went into labour (I thought you only read about that in 'NOW' magazine???).
