We hit the road today at around 11:00 am and stopped for lunch in Neepawa the home of a well known Canadian author by the name of Margaret Laurence. She was the author of the two books Stone Angel and Diviners. Neepawa was a beautiful,clean town. And the lilies were just starting to come up before the lily festival. On the road we made it to portage la prairie in two hours. Once we set up camp, we biked over to a U-pick farm of strawberries. Amazingly delicious strawberries that were well worth our time. The lady that helped set us up, told us "One for me... one for the basket". I guess that was a bad idea well I'm glad there is a washroom so close...
