After leaving my aunt's house we took a train to the very north
of Sweden. We stayed in a cabin here at a tourist station. The trails
here are beautiful. There are lakes everywhere and deep forests so
green it almost hurts your eyes. One day, we hiked for hours up a
mountain and through a valley to see the clearest lake in Sweden. There was still ice in places on the lake, but we could still see through to the bottom. We saw some reindeer while we were eating lunch. It
was amazing. On Saturday we hiked through Norway for 5 hours to a fjord and
then took a boat to Narvik. We took a bus back and got
back pretty late.
It rains almost once a day here. We even went hiking
in the rain down to the large lake by our cabin. Even though we're
really far north, it's not too cold here.We took the train
out of here and headed to my grandma's house.
