Today we had a cooking class. We went to the market and learnt how to choose ingredients. Afterwards we toured the gardens and learnt more about the fresh ingredients that grow in Thailand. Afterwards we learnt several authentic thai recipes and ate them afterwards.

We then picked up our laundry, hopped on a pick-up truck and headed to the train station for the overnight sleeper train.

On the train we had a few long neck singhas and then went to the bar. The bar was crazy packed and was happening. Ive never witnessed anything so crazy! a rocking train with people dancing and screaming with beers everywhere. This was like a scene taken from a movie.

I got completely shit faced and then we walked to our wagon to sleep.
