In the morning we had a zodiac cruise.... (need to check our notes for the name!)
In the afternoon we had a close encounter with two whales (potentially mum and baby). They stayed with the ship for ages....we couldn't tell who was watching who. They kept swimming under the ship and resurfacing and they spent a lot of time just lying against the stern of the boat (scratching off the barnacles or investigating the ship...who knows).
Due to the delay caused by the whale watching our landing was rescheduled to later on that night. Again we landed on the continent itself in order to see a colony of chinstrap penguins. These guys walk a long way to the top of a hill to build their nests....

Great pictures, where are Mike's skies? Is he hiding them.
