A quiet little town on top of a hill with the river running through it. If you are ever looking for a place to stay Hostel 99 is the place to be. Here is the link http://hostel99.com/ ....we had the best time here. The hostel is centrally located in this medieval town.

We spent a few nights at Travellers Bar  http://www.travellers.cz/en/hostel-apartments-cesky-krumlov. php.....I had my first taste of Absinth there. The atmosphere is is full of backpackers.....and the later it gets the crazier...dancing on the  tables.....
We were able to visit old castle ruins as the only people there. As we walked through the fields, I couldn't help but imaginewho else walked through these fields to enter the castle long ago. It was a moment that took me back in time.

And then our afternoon spent at the castle was a moment all in it's own.
