We returned to the boat, greeted by another meal before Jeremy and Callum took on a second dive. The rest of us opted to relax. It was the final hours of sunbathing and to be honest I was happy to be back on land and heading to Ubud.
Our final day of diving was to Haji's Wall which was quite beautiful, followed by an excursion to Moyo Waterfall. Upon arrival to the humble seaside Muslim town, Jeremy disappeared to a second level bungalow to negotiate with the locals before we were assigned a few guides to escort us to the waterfall. The path was lined with a gate made of sliced tree trunks and the river running alongside to our left. We passed goats, cows and water buffalo. The local children ran up ahead making sure that they arrived at the waterfall in time to show off their rope swinging skills. Everyone bathed, entering via a long dive from the cliff or somersaulting from the rope. It was fun to watch the locals of all ages, boys and girls fight over the rope and plunge into the springs.
