Got up really early today at 6am. Was a shock to the system I can tell you. Had to be at the Rochester ferry for 7am, although goodness knows why as we just drove straight on without any queues at all. We took Lisa's car and had a pleasant ferry crossing across Lake Ontario to Toronto. Luckily I didn't get at all seasick, probably cos we were crossing a lake not a sea!!

In Toronto we headed straight for the CN Tower and admired the views from the top. They have a section of glass panels in the floor which Lisa and Graham went and sat on, but wild horses couldn't drag me on there.

Afterwards we went to Planet Hollywood for lunch before walking around aimlessly for a bit looking for a Toronto shot glass. Why is it that all these restaurants always have the air con on far too high. It was like a fridge in there!

We left Toronto around 2pm to make our way to Niagara Falls, so it was a very brief visit to Canada but one we definitely want to do again properly.
