So on Saturday 16th we left Boston and had another long day, with 9hrs on a bus to get to Rochester, to stay with Kristi and Mark. Kristi worked at Cedarpoint the same year that we did and worked with Graham as part of the Corkscrew Crew. Mark is her husband and he works at the fire station.
That evening we were fairly tired so just spent the evening relaxing with Kristi and her dogs Payton and Riley. On Sunday we spent the afternoon at Lisa's house, Kristi's friend from work. We had a picnig over there and sat on the balcony and paddled in the pool. We had really nice food and drink and met a lot of lovely people. They have a basement with a bar in it which is really cool, and definitely something we want to get one day.
The next couple of days were spent relaxing in Kristi's pool. In the afternoon some friends of Kristi's came round also to use the pool and try to sit in the inflatable chairs. We went to Dinosaur BBQ for dinner and the food there was delicious. I had pulled pork and it was really tender and tasty. In the evening we played cards and drank beer and had laughing fits about Graham's inability to win!
We also met Kristi's mum briefly as we went to her house to pick up her car to take to Cedarpoint, and we also went to the fire station where Mark works and had a tour round there. (Thanks Mark, especially for the t-shirts!)
All in all we had a very relaxing couple of days in the house.
