WOW boys and girls - you should see all the olive trees here! Next time you go shopping go to the deli section and have a look at the olives. When they grow on the trees they are all green. They can be picked green or you can wait until they turn black and pick them. They are very salty to eat. To make olive oil they go to a special press where all the oil is squeezed out of the olives. All the greek people use lots of olive oil! Kiara, I hope you're working hard, especially in your writing. Miss you all. Mrs Verriest
