I went with Jean-Francois to visit his parents, Charles & Yvette Bossrez at their place in Peniscola, Spain. We flew into Barcelona, and spent the night on Friday the 1st of August before driving down to Peniscola on Saturday.

We spent a couple of days in Peniscola, mainly hanging out by the pool, etc. Saturday night, they had a big fireworks display over the castle. At some point in the past, the Pope was forced to flee from Avignon. He took up residence in the Castle at Peniscola.

We had a good time hanging out with JF's parents. Sunday afternoon, we made the two hour drive back to Barcelona, where JF dropped me off. I stayed for another week, but JF headed back to Geneva.
