I am leaving the UK on the 20th October, 5 days earlier than planned. I will be ferrying over to Dublin (tickets booked!) and then staying at a hostel right by O'Connell bridge.
The list of countries I'm (intending) to visit is as follows:

Switzerland
Liechtenstein
Greece
Bulgaria
Serbia
Hungary
Bosnia-Herzegovina
Croatia
Slovenia
Austria
Czech Republic
Poland
Lithuania
Estonia
Finland
Sweden
Norway
Denmark
Germany
Luxembourg
Netherlands
Belgium
That's 25 countries, one less than previously intended and that is roughly the order I will be visiting them in. There are occasions when I will be returning to a country (going back to Italy after Switz/Liechtenstein for example) but generally that's the order of business.
Almost ready to go now, getting quite excited. Just a few more things to sort and I'm off!
Oh, and I'm going to Monaco and the Vatican, so I guess that makes it 27 countries...;)

I couldn't remember what day you said you were leaving so I'm glad you have this blog. I have one thing to say to you: JEALOUS MUCH? YES!!!! I wish I was super rich and could go with you! Speaking of which, you're incredibly brave to be doing this on your own!!! There is no way in hell I would go any further than Germany on my own. Even going to Heathrow by myself was scary :S ...then again I'm pretty much afraid of my own shadow!
Please, please, please write here as much as you can so I know where you are and what you're doing... and so that I can live vicariously through you :)
