I spent a night in Manila. I basically spent my evening in an English book store and then got ice cream before calling it a night. The next day I got up first thing. I got on a bus for about 2 and a half hours and then onto a boat for an hour and a half. *smile* I was feeling incredibly nauseated by the time I arrived but I was very impressed with the view. I spent the next four days going in and out of the scuba shop. I did two introductory dives where I went down maybe three metres and practiced breathing and maintaining buoyancy. I went to a couple drag shows as they were all over the beach every night. I went on four more dives going up to 18m. It was very cool, there hopefully will be videos to follow of some of the underwater stuff. I bumped into an elementary school friend that I hadn't seen in 8 years. It was really nice to catch up/ remeet *smile*. I went into town the one day on a moped, it was loud *laugh*. I was back and forth from the beach read some books, met some nice people from Taiwan and had a fantastic time!
