Today, we were not vacationers....we were adventurers!  After realizing that we are both very pale, and prone to burning easily in the Hawaiian sun, we figured we would try to keep our sun exposure to a minimum prior to the nuptials...Hence, this morning we woke up early, gassed up our sweet rental (a Dodge Caliber for those interested), and headed up the Hana Highway.  This road was aptly described in our travel guide as the highway to heaven.  It was gorgeous!  But the best part?  The hidden waterfalls!  Our guide book described several waterfalls off the beaten path for those "more adventurous" souls.  That would be me and Matthew.
 
With a dexterity that would make Indiana Jones proud, Matthew and I jumped across boulders, tore through the jungle, and got ridiculously muddy all in the name of a great photo-op!  Enjoy the video clips (by the way, can you tell we are "Lost" fans?).
 
Tomorrow is the big day and we cannot wait!

They have these things in Hawaii...
they're called beaches. You just...lay on them. Just kidding, I am in awe of your Energizer Bunniness. Happy Wedding Day, guys! Congratulations, I hope it is wonderful and we (really, really, really) wish we were there. Enjoy the honeymoon!
