Well I arrived safely in Auckland, flying wasn't too bad after all. Arrived in Mount Eden about midday and found my hostel. Then felt incredibly homesick and lonely. Really wanted to go straight back home again but am glad I didn't. Made friends with Louis, the cat at the hostel. Explored Auckland city centre, found a very nice Christian bookshop where I bought a bible because I'd forgotten to pack mine. Walked round the domain and took a boat trip round the harbour. Next it's on to Sydney.
