After the excitment in the morning of the hang gliding we decided to spend the afternoon on the beach but it was a bit too windy so we said weŽd go up Sugar Loaf Mountain.

We got a cable car up to the first mountain which is Morro and the views were something else - I really think Rio could be the most scenic city for the natural beauty that surrounds it.  We could see down to the habour and out to sea  - for miles all around.

We got the second cable car up to Sugar Loaf and spend some time taking photos and just relaxing up there.  The sun started to set so we timed the trip up well to get a different perspective down over the city.
