Kind of like P&O, massive ship with a movie cinema; Irish bar with karaoke; cabaret bar; casino; sauna; or duty free shopping. Everyone met up in the Karaoke bar for a few drinks and Tim kicked the night off with a Bon Jovi number. Everyone was going nuts and running a muck in true aussie yobbo fashion. The other guests look scared and slightly horrifed at all these red shirted Australians singing and carrying on. After we were politely asked to tone things done, we joined the Viking Buffet. The smorgasbord included traditional foods such as herrings, meatballs and pate as well as beef, pork, salmon, salads and vegetables. On top of this you have all-you-can-drink beer, wine and soft drinks all for 25€ BARGAIN! I tried some reindeer. The pour your own beer/wine taps were getting a good work out and the group were getting rowdier by the minute. Things got slightly out of hand when the drinking games started and we were asked to turn in down a notch and then eventually asked to leave! So back to the Irish bar and then the nightclub. Lots of fun. The back of the nightclub opened onto the back deck and it was freezing outside, but we went out and did "I'm the king of the world" Leo re-enactments and also spotted a few icebergs. This boat trip is legendary in Scandinavia and known as Baltic Sea Booze Cruise! Was a great night.

When we woke up in the morning we were in Helsinki. And it was -9 degrees! Did a brief walking tour of the city and then took off to the Helsinki zoo where the world ice sculpting championships were taking place! We walked around and saw some lions, lynxs' and mountain goats, but most of the animals and bears were in hiding in their caves so we didn't see too much.
