Cliffs of Moher

We left Galway Tuesday about 10am and headed for Doolin,Cliffs of Moher, Killimer to get the ferry and than on to Tralee for bed!!!!  spectacular day. Kim did the driving and was awesome....somewhere along the country roads we missed our little turn to Doolin and next thing you know...we were at the Cliffs of Moher!!!!

I must say that these Cliffs were breathtaking and a spectacular sight....right up there with Clear Lake.  

It was a cloudy day today with the sun doing its dampest to shine thru. It was when we walked to the top of O'Briens tower that Mother Nature did us right.

we are late in this entry because Chris was delayed out of Fort Wayne and we worked on logistics. for me it means one additional day on the road with the sista's and my rockin niece!!!

we did see our first Castle.

(for our daily notes.....more turnarounds/ surfers at Lahinch/ Killimer /Trabert/ ferry/ yellow teeth/grey frizzy hair/ where is our Grand Hotel....Julie our waitress/ Edelia

Sounds like some BIG FUN is going on along with the serenity of the beautiful scenery. Oh my it looks so breathtaking. Where are the ferry pictures? Of the boat and the crossing?? By the way you are dressed, it looks to be warmer, goody!
