We all got on same flight just like we hoped and planned. The eight and one half hours did not seem too terribly bad to this novice, Laura. Arrived at six in morning. Bubba navigated us to our hotel. While waiting for our room we walked around the area. The Arc de Triomphe is our first up close and personal landmark.
A bit chilly especially for the two Georgians...but a different cold...windy and sharp.
