Got to Cochabamba at about 2pm after about 37 hours of travel from London.  Very snoozy now.  Flew via Miami and La Paz.  Managed to see very little of either but did step outside the airport doors and breathe in some fresh air.  Saw a yellow taxi and had Starbucks and bagel in America.  Seemed the thing to do.  And looked out at the Andes in La Paz airport.  Did not feel as winded as I thought I would at the altitude.  Now in Cochabamba and have had a bit of a wander around.  So far so good.  Seems reasonable size but certainly not London busy.  People selling foodstuffs from roadside carts, ladies making bracelets with traditional clothing on and a couple of kids sat on pavement with them, lots of mopeds, cute kids, spanish language and beeping of horns.  But first impressions are good.  Which is good as it is my home for next few weeks.  Tomorrow I am off to find Erik and get things sorted.
