The next morning we woke up early and had breakfast at the hotel. This breakfast was just like a regular Chinese meal. In the States we have breakfast and they do here (duh) however, much of what we ate I had eaten before either at lunch or dinner.  Nevertheless, when breakfast was over we were heading to Mount Tai. We started at the bottom of this mountain and climbed all way up it. This consisted of 2660 steps that were cut into the side of this monstrous mountain.  Going up the up the mountain was not that hard.  Yet again thought we had people who tried to sneak pictures or people who wanted pictures with us.  While we were at the top we had lunch.  The descent down the mountain was exceedingly hard.  The mountain steps were incredibly steep and this made the journey a little difficult and the fact that I could see out.  The mountain is 5069ft high and I am deathly scared of heights.  My legs on the descent turned to jell-o.  I started down the mountain 15 mins before everyone else and I was one of the last ones to actually get off the mountain (some people took the cable car down they cheated).   Nevertheless, some of the things we saw on the way up and down the mountain were truly great.  This mountain has had sacred significance in China for over 3,000 years!! And I can definitely see why.  Going up the and down the mountain is not only a test of faith but of will. I saw on the way up some people who simply breezed through it while others needed help. I saw 2 different people on the way up who were being supported and had just passed out on the way up.  I even saw one lady doing this mountain in at least 3 inch heels!!!! Talk about crazy!!!!!
