After the Masa Mara, visited Lake Nakuru, where there are over 3.5
million flamingoes, along with pelicans and Maribou storks.
Portions of the lake are a solid pink with flamingoes.  The
fringes of the lake are populated with leopards(haven't seen one ever),
hyenas, zebras, cape buffalo, impala, and at least 10 monstrous white
rhinos. Even saw two of them confront each other.  Truly an
unforgettable
experience!!
The next adventure is in the Samburu Reserve--my best
chance at spotting the ever elusive nocturnal leopard.  One of the
veteran safari drivers indicated that in 12 years he had only seen a
leopard 3 times!
