So last night i was pretty tired as i had 2  big nights i decided to take the Saturday off and have a easy evening especially as i had to check out and catch the bus early the next morning anyways.

I woke up bright and early like seriously early so early that when i went to take the elevator downstairs it was still full of puke from the night before and had not yet been cleaned and in the  hostel bar there was still plenty of partiers not quite ready to let the night end yet.
One 50ish Irish guy had made some friends with a few backpackers and there they sate 12 hours later exactly where they had begun the night and he had a flight home in 45 min and was very drunk hah

Anyways i tried in vain to find breakfast but nothing was open until 9am so i just grabbed a sand-which from a 24 hour place and headed to the bus station.

Taking the bus was pretty straight forward i bought my ticket from the driver and was off.
The ride was only 2 hours and as funny as it sounds i kinda perfer the longer rides coz when its only 2 hours i'm scared if i fall asleep i may miss my stop accidentally where if i have 3-4 hours i usually sleep and wake up 15 min before arrival thus the illusion of a faster ride.
Anyways im sure once i get to Africa i will get my wish with some brutally long bus rides and will dream of the 2 hour rides in Europe.

German!
Anyways so i got into town,  first i needed some local currency which should have been a simple task unfortuantly when i did find an atm i took out 2000 which is about 100 dollars but it came out all in one note! and all i needed was 20 for the tram to my hotel! so i franticly tried to find smaller money, usually its not much of a issue but on sundays lots of shops and banks are closed.
luckily i managed to find a shopping mall near by which had a bank open despite being Sunday.

Now that i had the money for the tram i just had to find tram number 2, i dont know why but for some reason i had a heck of a time doing this, just finding a person who spoke english to point me in the right direction was way more difficult then i had expected.
In Slovakia everyone spoke English and they spoke it well so naturally i expected the same i Czech after all its just 2 hours away, after asking about 6 people with no luck at all i found a girl around my age who when i asked English she responded with "Deutsch?"
So i figured i'd take what i could get and told her i was looking for the tram and if she could just point me in the right direction.
this nice young lady was amazing she took me right to the tram checked the schedule and even helped me buy a tram ticket and showed me ho to validate it.

So i took my tram to the cheapest hotel i found online its about the same price as a dorm room but i get my own room which is always a nice change after living in a frat house :P
The hotel turned out to be WAY out of town well not WAY but at least 20 min on the tram and one heck of  a walk.
When i got to the hotel i seen a sign saying for sale, i thought man if i came all the way out here and its closed down already i'll be chocked! luckily it was not and it actually seems pretty new and the rooms are very spacious.

After settling into my hotel room i still had 20 min left on my tram card so i figurd i'd go to this massive shoping mall i had seen on the way in and grab some breakfast. I decided to explore the city tomorrow as most things would be closed and the clouds were looking heavy I had been caught in enough storms for a while if i could help it.

In eastern europe they have the most massive shopping malls and inside of them they have massive wal-mart megastores its kinda strange but anyways i went to the one by my hotel to visit the food court odly the food court was all chinese food! so strange but great luck for me and it was cheap 3.50 for a massive plate of kung pao!
Afterwards i loaded up on some supplies to make my own dinner tonight and then walked back to my hotel which was 2.2km away and i walked in 20 min so now i finally know i walk about 1-1km every 10 min for judging weather or not i want to walk taxi or figure out public transportation.
