After an amazing week and a half visiting my friend Fernando in curitiba and going to his beach house a few times the time has come for me to push on.
Rio is the city i have come to Brazil for its the city i want to see, and its another world wonder i want to check out.
i am staying with a local couchsurfing who is hosting me, he lives a lil way outside of rio but it will also offer a more unique experience then the typical backpacker hostel deal, actually i think its been a pretty long time since i~ve ended up in a hostel now that i think of it, i been pretty lucky and using lots of my past travel connections to keep off the gringo trail to some extent at least.
