After this we went on a long walk through the rainforest. This was the best part of this day-trip. We seen a variety of plants; a lot of which you'd expect to see in something like Avatar.

Next, we went on a boat safari on a river. We were mainly looking for some croc's. We didn’t get to see any big ones, but we saw a baby crocodile.

Once back on land we had afternoon tea and headed back to Port Douglas. We stopped at a lookout and got a brief commentary through the town.
