Hi everyone!
All is well here. Tomorrow is my last day of class and I am sad to say I am not impressed. I was hoping for a intensive week-long review of spanish but I really got thrown into an existing class so I spent the whole week practicing el preterio imperfecto. A lot of time spent for not much review. The house I am staying at is great. I moved rooms so I am on my own on the top floor with an incredible view. I have to go outside to get to the bathroom though which is a little strange. The food is decent but it is a little hard to work around the schedule of the family. Sometimes I donīt want to eat at 7:30.
I am trying to take lots of pictures but I am also enjoying being somewhat disconnected from the modern world. I climbed a mountin today and got some great shots. I also saw one of the local volcanos blow off a little steam! Friday is the annual festival for Antigua so that should be great, then I am off to Utila for some diving.
Will write again soon!
Love,
Sarah
