Up and out for brekkie down by the sea front and it soon became apparent that we were both unwell, it was raining and we might as well hole up for the day, take some drugs and try to make ourselves better for birthday celebrations tomorrow.

So, sad to say, we spent our first full day on KPP watching CCTV footage of people arriving on the island in the rain, extracts from the C.I (Crime & Investigation) channel and taking it in turns to sneeze at each other.

We did venture out to the beach on the north side of the island, Loh Dalum Bay, for some food but even the beautiful view couldn't help us and the spicy curry just made our noses drip like snotty taps!

Fingers crossed we feel better to enjoy Paula's birthday tomorrow....boo!
