6am start, brekkie of eggs and sausages - yum.

Hit the Serengeti for a game drive and we saw an elephant with a gigantic penis, a diggy diggy (DicDic) antelope - the smallest of all the antelope which roam in pairs, if one of the couple dies then the other commits suicide by eating poison grass, they can't live without each other x

Our highlights: Nile Crocs with their babies, basking hippo's, 'sausage' tree and 'christmas' tree with the most vibrant purple leaves and the hyrax at the visitors centre, but the climax of all these was the family of elephants crossing the plain and moving right through our convoy of jeeps as though we didn't exist, so majestic!

We had lunch at the border and then headed back to Snake Camp for a beer. Paul and Lucinda already had Boeuf Bourgingnon on the stove - a touch of class! .......

Shortly after, this illusion was shattered as we got leathered at Ma's bar with David & Sue, James & Donna and Anand following a friendly game of cricket. We felt it was our duty, to get to know the new truckers properly!

Having gotten kicked out of Ma's Bar for bringing in our own alcohol we carried on the party on 'Twiga' the truck and went to bed fully content with our Serengeti experience.

Nighty night.

PSS: Good to know that you're having a proper breakfast though x

Yes, I was worried that you only mentioned seeing one...maybe the other was hiding behind a tree? That sort of prank could misfire so badly...hide and seek a no-no game for those little antelopes!
