My home town
Hi Scott,
I have been following your blog since just after you arrived in NZ (the first time). My sister is arriving home next week from her travels, so I wont have her blog to read any more. At least I can read yours still!

I hope you enjoy Australia, especially my home state (melbourne). You should try to catch a show at the comedy festival, and make sure you visit the great ocean road!

Actually I'm looking into the Great Ocean Road thing right now. I'm considering getting my hands on a motorbike again and maybe extending the trip across the Nullarbor over to Perth. Early days I guess but if it's too stupid and impractical I'll look at other options. For now I'll be spending a bit of time around Melbourne..

Sorry that this is my first communication since that farewell party in the depths of Staffordshire,but enjoyed the regular updates all the same - you're well out of the Ademco/Honeywell rat race! Hope they're looking after you in Oz,just don't mention cricket and you should be ok.Whilst you're on the SE coast,try and get to a place called Victor Harbor if you get chance - I've heard it's a nice town to visit.
