We woke around 7ish with an alarm from probably my best sleep since being away. Maybe this was a sign I needed more sleep. Ordered breakfast and it arrived from one of the staff at the hotel in the plastic bag they got it from the shop down the road with a couple of plates and bowl to put it in. Got onto the bus and were the only Europeans on the bus, we were then told of the additional costs (more than I was told) and I am starting to melt.. Went to the second stop and paid for the entry and told would include boat trip, got to the boat and told we need to pay more... am really melting now.. A couple of other sights and constantly waiting for a couple who were late to the bus at every stop we went to lunch. I ordered went to wash my hands and it was at the table when I got back, well part of it, after a few minutes a stood up and asked across the restaurant where the rest of the lunch was (Mima says yelled, I don't think it was that loud). We went to the main attraction and were told we only had 45 minutes there, after it and waiting for the same couple again we got off at the next stop and ditched the remainder of the tour.. Had a pizza for dinner.. I think I needed more sleep..........
Went to the local market Saturday and Mima had a small meltdown!! so I feel better.. Going to watch the cricket final and a bus to Mangalore then up to Gokarna and the beach..
Still on solids though!!

Seems like you had a day full of fun. Next time listen to your instincts and stay in bed.
