Today Han is at work, I say work, she is at a place where she eats the leftovers...Anyway. I am left alone, just went for my first experience at a walk in car wash place and was very impressed ! I digress, here I am making an itinerary map for when we are in Australia. It is weird, I keep feeling that we have plenty of time one minute and then the next I am sweating hoping we have enough to see this and this then that and oh don't forget that!
I am really proud of the map I have made, on Word of all programs. It has got me so excited that I am currently sipping on a full fat coke instead of diet. The sun is beaming down and if I close my eyes it feels like I am already on the beaches at the Great Barrier Reef and , urghhhh what's that, a shark? Oh, Boogie get off my leg ! All jokes aside, I am petrified that I will come across a snake or something or worse Han will and I will have to try and wack it off her. Han knows full well that I am useless at things like that after a trip to Pompeii where a HUGE cockroach looking bug landed on her shoulder and I was so so nervous I didn't help, yet took photos of it... :/ sorry Han.
I have just emailed the rail people to see if we can book our trains over email instead of paying 15/min to ring down under and do it. However, after a quick Google I have come across a website that offers 1p/min calls to Aus, which I may end up using. It is a shame we aren't on the trains any longer than two weeks because I can imagine the views to be amazing and the atmosphere good too. It is going to be far better then the 8.56 train to Preston where you're lucky not to get beaten let alone a seat. Watch this space, I could be cursing the Aussie trains in a months time!

So three week countdown starts on Monday. Three weeks. Wow.

Scott.
