The weather cleared up for us today and we had such a good time! We started the day by taking a walk around Glengarriff and taking some pictures of the islands. We almost took a 10 minute boat ride to Garnish Island, but we wanted enough time to find the O'Sullivans and drive the Dingle Pennisula (which we are now doing tomorrow).

We spent the next hour knocking on doors at a local art studio, residents of the area, a bed and breakfast, talked to an old Irish man, Martheleen's bed and breakfast, and then found the place. It was a great feeling to find her Great Grandfather's old house and talk with her relatives. We showed them some pictures and they showed us some as well. I really want to come back now and stay with them in Glengarriff, they were all so nice. There is more about our visit with them in Bekah's blog from today titled, "The O'Sullivans."

. It is an amazing drive because the route we chose went through Killarney National Park. We stopped several times to take pictures and even stopped at the Muckross House built in 1843. We enjoyed the sights there and had a quick lunch because we had another 1 hour and half of driving to Dingle. The roads are a wee bit scary along they way with small lanes and crazy drivers, but we arrived safely in beautiful Dingle. Bekah even managed to stay on the left side of the road. The weather is amazing here today and we have not been rained on, so cheers! We grabbed a pizza and went back to our room to figure out our plans for tomorrow around the Dingle Pennisula and went out to some pubs for drinks and Irish music. We ended up hearing music at O'Flarhety's, Murphy's, and another hotel bar. Good times. We also ran into this couple from Seattle at O'Flarhety's that we met at the Charles Fort in Kinsale. They must be stalking us.
