Where I stayed
I believe it's July 24th, but I have not slept in 24 hours and I just woke up from a short nap and thought it was 9am on 7/25. Bekah has already corrected me several times that it is Friday, 7/24 evening. Part of my confusion comes from the three different times on our clocks here. My laptop says 2:00pm, our alarm clock in our room says 12:39pm, and we believe Bekah's watch is correct at 10:10pm.
The majority of my thoughts today have been confusion on where Sean is. He texted me last night and stated there was a delay with his plane, but since then we have been unable to get ahold of him. Not to worry everyone, because he is probably frustrated in Amsterdam and trying to get on another flight or just making the best of a bad situation there and his phone is probab dead.
Putting that aside, Bekah and I checked into our crazy old hotel in downtown Edinburgh called the Bank Hotel. What has been really cool is we feel like we have taken a step into the past with all of the Georgian period buildings and most even older then that. But also, check out the key to our room, crazy! Each room is named after a Scotland legend and our room is a tribute to Robert Louis Stevenson. We have learned so much about him staying here.
We walked the Royal Mile today and took a tour of Edinburgh Castle. We have uploaded some pictures of our journey today and a video on the top of the castle.
