We got up a little earlier today.  I made oatmeal and took it to the lobby so I could use the internet.  We left by 9:10 in the morning.  First stop was the outlet mall.  Bev and Stephanie went to the Guess accessories store while we went to Reebok.  They had GREAT deals.  I got 2 golf shirts, two pairs of shorts, and a sports bra, Miles got 4 shirts, Bev got a few shirts, and so did Stephanie.  Dad even got in on the good deal with a pair of shorts.  Luke didn't want anything.  Next we went to a "Novelties" store.  Finally we went to Adventure Landing.  We got the $10 wrist band good for unlimited putt-putt, 2 go-cart rides, and 10 game tokens.  We did one go-cart ride first, and they weren't very fast. Then we played putt-putt; guys in one game and the girls in the other.  Bev had a 50, Stephanie 53, and I could not get my act together with a 54.  Then we did our second go-cart ride.  Everyone else was way ahead so Miles and I raced each other.  Next, we used our 10 tokens each and played games.  I only used a few and gave the rest to Bev and Stephanie since we played a bunch a few days previous.  Stephanie won 200 tickets on Deal or No Deal which was very exciting.  They used the tickets to get a yellow ring for all 6 of us to wear, and two blow guns (which we unfortunately forgot to use). We decided that it was so beautiful out that we should leave and head towards the beach.  We make a lunch break with a quick stop at McDonalds.  Miles and I split the 10 piece nugget meal and a double cheeseburger. We had previously checked out Vilano beach and I liked it but we decided to go to a bigger beach in St. Augustine Beach.  We chose a parking lot that had a restroom so we could change our clothes. We set down our towels and went for a walk.  We looked for shells, got some pictures, made shadow shapes, and felt the water....it felt freezing even though it was 55 degrees.  When we got back to the towels Dad, Luke, Miles and I made a pact to run into the water until we got waist deep.  We ran part way out and I turned back only to see Miles was still standing on shore.  At that point he knew better than to not come out so her ran in too.  The waves were very cold and were the cause of my back getting wet.  We ran out and dried off.  My legs felt stingy/tingley and Dad kept talking about how bad the cold hurt his ankles.  Miles and Luke didn't complain. I didn't go back in the water, but the other three went out and did it again.  Miles even dove head first into waves twice.  They were all running back very fast, and I was taping.  Miles started running fastest, so Dad "turned on his turbo boosters", but this caused him to fall face first in the water.  Unfortunataly, I had already pressed stop on the video so I only caught the first part of the fall.  We layed on the beach for a little bit then we walked to the pier which was the other direction from what the group had previously walked.  We separated at that point; Bev and Stephanie went back to the resort to get showered and we went to play one more game of putt-putt.  There was a Duncan Donuts on the way so we stopped.  I got two vanilla cream filled donuts and we got four others and some donut holes.  Dad won the putt-putt which he wants to make sure that I put in the journal.  Miles was last this time.  We got back to the hotel and they were basically ready, and had even cooked the sausage for the gravy tomorrow.  Luke got a quick shower and we were off for our nice farewell dinner/ grad school gift for me.  We had to go back to Vilano Beach, then about 3 more miles north.  It only took about 30 minutes to get to the restaurant called Caps on the Water which someone had recommended to Dad on the plane.  There was an inside part, and outside part, and a part inside a clear tent with heaters which was the part we were in.  Apparently dolphins had been around and we just missed them.  Again, the dolphins left when I came around, what a jinx.  We ordered two appetizers.  One was shrimp with bacon around it and the other was sorta like spinach artichoke dip on bread, but much better.  The bread was amazing partly because of the whipped better with garlic and parsley.  I ordered Chicken marsala, Luke and Miles got triggerfish, but prepared different ways, Dad had steak (again), Bev got fried shrimp, and Stephanie got the flounder scored.  The head was missing but the tail all all other parts were still there.  It reminded me of the fish we ate on an excursion in Thailand.  I tried some of everything and was very full.  We got back and decided to go swimming.  The pool didn't last real long but the hot tub felt good.  Bev went to print boarding passes and Luke/Stephanie stayed in the room.  Like had a bad cold and was basically done for the night.  Stephanie finished making the gravy for breakfast.  We played the card version of Rummikub a couple times along with a couple other games.  Bev changed Stephanies flight so we could all be on the same flight.  We didn't stay up too late- some time past 11:00.
