Camping in Cape Cod is either really expensive (over $50 for a tent spot) or sold out, which is why we stayed in Sandwich.  We set off in the morning to go all the way to the tip in Provincetown.  We took Highway 6 there, which is like interstate until Orleans then it is a little slower through the other towns most of which were established in the 1600's or early 1700's.  Eastham marked the start of the National seashore so we stopped at the National Park Visitor Center.  Then we drove through Wellsfleet, Truro, and then into Provincetown.  We did the bike trail there which was 8.5 miles total allowing us to go to Race Point beach, and Herring Point Beach without having to pay the $15 parking fee (cha-ching)  Next we went and did another 4 mile round trip bike ride to be able to sea Head of the Meadow Beach.  After that I was tired so we started driving back.  We took 6A instead which was the old highway and goes through the towns of Brewster, Dennis, Barnstable and Sandwich.  We ate at a really good place called Captain Frosty's.  Miles had Lobster roll and I had fresh fried clams.  We made our way back the the campground and had some time to heavily explore the maps of things to do the next day
