We left for this adventure after Miles got done with cross country practice, so we were out the driveway by 10:00.  I was proud because we did not have to stop for a Rest Area until the Ohio Welcome Center. Yahoo for excellent bladder control. We made periodic stops for gas, and stopped for three Geocaching at reststops, including one called "the 9 million dollar rest area".  Is a rest area really worth that?  I drove for about one hour so Miles could rest, but he likes driving....or maybe he just doesn't like my driving.  We went through a tiny little piece of West Virginia as we motored down 70.  In Pennsylvania we got on the Pennsylvania Turnpike in New Stanton.  Miles thought that he was a Formula One race car driver making me have to look up from what I was doing so I would not get sick.  Before that point though I did manage to read the book "My Darling, My Hamburger by Paul Zindel.  I thought it was realistic yet depressing.  I thought we were going to camp at Shawnee State Park, but it was only 6:00 so we decided to press forward.  We decided on Harrisburg.  We went into the city, checked out the State Capitol building, then made our way to the campground.  We set up camp in about 10 minutes and were in bed by 9:45.
