Sometimes the blog won't let me put exactly where we stopped so I put something nearby. So I hope you can follow the map.
We left reasonably early for the Barkley Homestead .Camoweal was nothing much. We stopped for fuel and our picnic morning tea.
Things are pretty dry- some green patches. It has been very hot 30 plus degrees.
Road trains are now 53.5m long! Which apparently if you are doing 100km/hr takes you 2.5 minutes to pass them. They usually pass us.
We crossed the border we are now in the Northern Territory.
We arrived at the Barkley about 2ish and again pushed on. It meant our next day was a short driving day.
We stopped at Three ways roadhouse. The caravan park was nice and grassy with a lovely pool.
A driving day of about 8 hrs!
