Still hot here on the High Plains. Took a trip up to Boulder for a bite to eat. Late now.

These mountains are magical. Tomorrow I will be out of contact for several days as the hike into Maroon Bells will commence. This will be a true test of back country skills and stamina.I hope my training has been sufficient.

I'm dropping off the bike at Foothills BMW for new tires and fluids. Will pick it up next week.

Gonna sleep good tonight.
