Our regional train (less comfortable and slower than the EuroStar ES trains) from Rome to Casino left on time and arrived on time in mid-morning at the "Stazionne di Cassino".  My two cousins, Franca and Rosetta, were waiting for us.  They both live, with their families and my uncle Abel, in a suburb of Cassino, Cervaro.  They live more in the countryside and are surrounded by beautiful mountains.  Also, they are only 45 minutes away from beautiful beaches in Formia and Ghiada.

We spent the day relaxing with the family.  In the evening they had prepared a huge supper.  For those that do not know, eating is very important to Italians.  They usually do not have supper before 8:00pm and it usually takes a few hours.  It's their way to catch up on the days events and crisis.

Can anyone recommend a nice villa / apartment (or 2) which sleeps up to 10 people in Cassino. Going over to see family in Belmonte Castello and finding it really difficult to rent a place to stay!!

I have relatives that live near Cassino on my mom side. They live in an area called Pasdanella near Cervaro. Family names are Paluzzi and Ruzz
