This morning we took the dink to the nearby beach and photographed the pigs and piglets. Once ashore we went to the Bahama phone company and purchased a Bahama cell phone with $50 worth of minutes on it. It will be our emergency phone and can also be used to call home. We found two other very tiny grocery stores with not much but canned goods. The supply ship isn't due til the weekend and there is no fresh produce or vegetables anywhere. All the little stores are completely sold out due to the many sailors seeking shelter for the last two weeks. We purchased another 24 hr. internet card so we can update the blog, check our mail and email and receive our Chris Parker weather reports. Back to the boat for lunch and before we knew it, it was slack tide at the Thunderball grotto. So off we went in the dingy. Denny jumped in with mask & fins in place and said it was pretty awesome. The overhead dome pierced with shafts of sunlight slicing down in the water. He even got to see the ledge where James Bond sought cover.
