Today we visited Vespera, anchored a couple of miles from here to wish them safe sailing as they leave us to head back to Miami and get together with their family, who will be flying to FL from MN. They are both so gracious and and as sweet as their J. Russel JADA. We thank them again for all their knowledge, patience and laughs together. We motored back to Savage and took off at noon with Moonride for Staniel Cay, about 5 miles south. We anchored on the west side of Big Major Spot in Staniel Cay and took the dink ashore. Stopped at Nina's Bakery for coconut bread and a convenience store for some cheese & veggies. Also bought two new swim masks since ours disintegrated (it's no wonder, they were from the 70's). We're settled in the cockpit watching the pigs on shore. Tomorrow we'll get close up pictures of them and also visit the grotto where the James Bond movie Thunderball was filmed. The wind have finally settled down after two weeks of blowing hard, day and night.
