Travelling here was different as we had to get on a 4x4 truck from the main road which took us over the sand dunes and along the beach to the village. On the way it was very weird to see cows on the beach! There is a scattering of small dwellings in the village, a handful of shops and a few places to eat. There is no direct power supply so the residents use solar and wind power.
Miranda and I enjoyed watching for dolphins as we ate lunch. My paella with fresh fish was delicious! The cove is so pretty to look at and as it it end of season there are hardly any people on it, a lot of the time none!
With no light pollution the night sky was amazing. I wish I could have captured it in a photo.... The sky was covered in stars and there was a cloud like formation which looked like the Milky Way. There was also a couple of golden stars amongst the others. The light house shone in the distance, it was a beautiful scene.
I enjoyed watching the sun rise over the sea and was joined again by a doggie friend.
