I hope you are well, I am great, had a long hot few days and I am just settleing down.
Starting off with an emotional goodbye with the family...but the emotions didnt stop there. Turns out that Argentina would like proof of leaving their country so a quick phone call, confusion with dates and a swipe of plastic, I was off! Flights were smooth and I had the company of a kind Argentinian man who told me plenty of things to see, do and experience in his country.
Bs.As is a cool city, very busy with people dressed quite smartly and Buses dressed even smarter. The weather is seriously warm, it was 30C at 5pm yesterday! I finished yesterday with a few Honey, ARGENTINIAN (!!!!) honey sandwiches followed by cold beer on the roof top, listening to the city bussle below. The hostel has lots of people doing very simular things to me and quite a few girls on their own too, a big comfort.
I will keep you updated and pop some photos on soon, off tonight to a traditional Steak grill from a parrilla. should be gooood!

ooooooh........ sarah - this is soooo massively excitimungous. i like the food updates - very important! hope you enjoyed the steak thingy. today i ate ENGLISH porridge.... pretty good... going to do some weaving today - i fear it may be procrastination from real work. anyway, glad you arrived safely second sibler dibler... have fun and good luck :) xxx
