This is the start of my entries from the 3 weeks of travel break. DIS gives us three weeks off to travel. The first week is a school organized tour and the last two are by yourself. I was in a group of about 35 students travelling to Budapest and Vienna for the first week. Apparently in an attempt to cut costs, we drove to Budapest from Copenhagen on a tour bus. We left at 9pm one day and didn't reach Budapest until 7pm the next day. Not really the recommended way to get to Budapest.

We arrived at one in the morning on the ferry connecting Denmark to Germany. I'd never been to Germany before so I felt it deserved a map pin although I drove through Germany both ways in the middle of the night and never saw any of it.
