The start of the Grantham Canal run with Helen	On route	Nice to have my own photographer with me	Low bridges
The first 2 hours went so quick	Not a scenic canal	Nice sludge. There were fisher folk in places too!	Pretty views and loads of swans
Nice bit of history in the distance	Day 2 the return leg, a happy Helen	All just plodding a long	At last a downhill section!
Excellent medals, a different one for each day!
