Frozen John O'Gaunt's reservoir ahead	Swinsty Reservoir	On Denton Moor, Lippersley Pike.	The offical start in Ilkley
Addington	Cold and frosty day 2	Bolton Abbey	Aqueduct just before Barden Bridge
Lunch stop at Burnsall	Heading to Grassington	Above Grassington Lea Green	Limestone country in winter
Somewhere down there is Kettlewell	What a difference a day makes!	Following the Wharfe still	Mixing running and walking
