Sunday July 27th.

The girls stayed the weekend with us in Harrogate. It was Lily Craigen's 2nd birthday party the day before. We had an afternoon in Lotherton Hall park with my friends from York on the Saturday. Sunday was my race. Dave, lily and Poppy watched me on the two lap event and were there to cheer me in. It was a wonderful summers day so we played in The Valley Gardens for awhile and I got soaked by Lily in the paddling pond. We met my parents and walked Rockey before heading to Pately Bridge for a visit to the oldest sweet shop in the UK.
