The flight to London was uneventful - clear for much of the way.  Of course, the clouds make for a much better photo! We landed at about 1:00 p.m.

Andrew Bergen was waiting for us at the airport and drove us back to his home in Orwell.  While Sandra unpacked the suitcases and organized the motorhome, Dennis and Andrew did some last-minute plumbing and went over all of the ins-and-outs.  Tina Bergen made a delicious dinner for all of us, (which Sandra warned the children to enjoy, because it's hotdogs from here on!!) and by about 6:00 p.m., we were on the road.

Tillsonburg was our first Walmart stop, to stock-up on some basics.  Next stop was Oakland to fuel up and then onto Brantford, home town of Wayne Gretzky, where we parked on a residential street for the night.  By this time, we knew that the electricity to the back of the motorhome wasn't working.  We had no lights, no heat and no water pump.  BUT it was dry - protected from the elements, and a whole lot better than sleeping in a tent!  Although it got chilly, we were happy to be on the road, on our way.
