Hello hello
It's been a while so I have to remember what the last update was and have to do it quickly! We're having a quick internet cafe stop until the papers are signed for the hire car that we will use to drive to Cape Point. I think this is the furtherest (is that a word???) point in Cape Point!
We went to the Argentina v Germany game and what a massive disappointment that was! We were so sure that Arg were going to flog Germany but they did just as badly as the Socceroos did against them. The atmosphere of the Argentinians died down as soon as they scored a goal followed by another and so on. They were very quiet compared to the Germans who fired up and let it be known they were winning.
What else?? We did a drive to the winery region which was very picturesque. Just about everywhere you look, you have views of mountains in every direction. The wineries are near Stollenbosch (hope I have spelt it correctly) right below the mountains which is a great view.
We've had many braiis as the house we're staying in has an in built one that we light evey night we are home for warmth and cooking!!!
Something else we have done is visit Table Mountain. I caught a cable car up and back. The views were spectacular from everywhere you looked. A couple of the guys hiked up and loved it but they did say it was a tough hike and I wouldn't have made it! Fancy them saying that!!!!
All the guys were adventurous and they abseiled down part of the mountain which was 112m! They loved it but did say they got scared after there was nowhere for their feet to touch! I can explain this more in detail when I'm back.
What else??? We visited Camps Bay and the Waterfront. Camps Bay is like a bay area which has many cafes and restaurants along the beach. The Waterfront is a bit like Southbank but prettier with heaps more restaurants, wharf and seals!! At night you can see the seals sitting on the jetty! It looked awesome.
Hope you're all having a great holiday and it isn't too cold!
For all of you that are overseas, hope you're enjoying the time in a foreign country and having a ball just like I am!
Take care and see you soon
xx

Hello!!!

You are sooooooo lucky!! It sounds like you are having heaps of fun!! I know how you must of felt when Germany thumped Argentina, I stayed up at 12.00am to watch it. It was so horrible I said to my mum that I would of rather to be in bed, where I should of been at that time!! Altough I have always wanted to watch a live professional soccer match! What'cha doing next? Can't wait for your next blog... Enjoy!!
James
